Marc has recently helped me buy my second home. I had such a great experience with him as he helped me buy my first home in 2014, and I was excited to reach back out and let him know we were planning on buying a new home. He helped us immensely through our search this time around and here are a couple things that I feel set him apart.

He has an amazing eye for the pros and cons of a home. He is very good about letting you make the decision about whether you like the home while tactfully explaining what advantages there are and what challenges you may face.

Whether it is a silly text message or an important email, he gets back to you very quickly with intelligent and helpful responses. He made me feel at ease through the whole process, and has an uncanny ability to ease any concerns you may have.

3. He is a great person that has connections to other great people

This is very helpful ranging from getting the right lender and making the buying process very easy, to dreaming about contract work and making it a reality when you move into your new home. I’ve already has so much work done from great contractors that he knows, and these contractors respect him so much that they prioritize his references over most.

After all is said and done, Marc will feel like a new friend that gets excited with you and puts your interests first. He is an incredible man and I can’t say enough good things about him and his team!
